HCP-HW series pump unit is a diesel engine pump set for high flow and low lift.
Product introduction:
Mixed flow pump, with advantages of centrifugal pump and axial flow pump, simple structure, wide efficiency area and convenient use, suitable for the farmland drainage pump station in pingyuan dyke area.
In the mixed flow pump developed in China, the volute type is 5 ~ 12m, and the flow rate is 900 ~ 4000m3/ h;
Guide blade type of lift 3 ~ 25.7 m, flow 45 ~ 20160m3/ h.
The impeller diameter is 5.7 m, the flow rate is 80 ~ 100m3/ s, the lift range is 6 ~ 12m, the speed is 75r/min, the highest efficiency is 92.1%, and the supporting power is 7000kW, which is one of the large mixing pumps operating in the world.
When the original motive forces the impeller to rotate, the function of the liquid is both centrifugal and axial thrust, which is the synthesis of centrifugal pump and axial flow pump, and the liquid is inclined toward the outflow impeller.
